Technoblade, Minecraft YouTuber Watched by Millions Dead At 23

  In less than a decade, Technoblade amassed nearly 11 million YouTube subscribers and 3.7 million Twitter followers as he shared his passion for Minecraft, a videogame where players can create virtual worlds using blocks and develop their own stories. He went public with his diagnosis of cancer back in August 2021, telling his followers during the video of him playing the game that he sought medical help after feeling discomfort in his arm, which initially thought was a repetitive stress injury from gaming. According to Technoblade's father, Technoblade wrote his final words approximately eight hours prior to his death. In tears, Technoblade's father described his son as the most amazing child anyone could ever ask for, adding: I miss Technoblade. Technoblade's father shared the sad news with subscribers to his channel. The video was watched more than 19 million times, concluded with an announcement from Technoblade's family that read: This past year had a lot of rough spots for our son, who was fighting stage four cancer. He didn't complain and continued to use his mind's logical approach to overcome what he knew was almost impossible odds. My son's determination on this journey was a shining example to all of us who had the privilege to walk it with. We are grateful that you were able to share his journey with us, as he completed the work he loved for his beloved fans. Rest at ease, Technoblade. TommyInnit Another YouTuber who is popular TommyInnit, another YouTuber with a huge following, wrote on Twitter: Technoblade is a legend. I can't even express how grateful I am to have been a huge fan and a close friend of his. He's planning in heaven how to defeat God I'm sure of that. Sarcoma Foundation of America sent an official statement to CNN, paying tribute to Technoblade and offering condolences to his family. Brandi Felser is the CEO of the charity. This enabled SFA to grant Technoblade research grants. The efforts of Technoblade have left the legacy that will be passed on to future generations. Felser declared that Technoblade will be honored with the organization's Courage Award, which is an annual award to those who inspire others to create hope and a better way of life for the sarcoma patient population later in the year.
